Very happily I survived my last home competition before the Rio trip.

Little Fire was in the OI and did a nice test of 24, he had one fence down which was my fault, but jumped well, and did an excellent clear cross country which was well within his capabilities. I took him quite steadily because there was no point in going quickly and he got 20 time faults.

Henton For Fun was having his first OI run this year and scored 28 in the dressage, he was a little bit tense because of the surrounding cross country but went very nicely. He then show jumped a brilliant clear and went very happily around the cross country, so I was delighted with how he felt.

Volcan was just there today for the dressage and jumping, and did a nice test of 30 and rolled a couple of poles show jumping, but it is early days and he went well.

They had watered the course again which made giving them a run an opportunity and they now won't have an outing until I am back from Rio.
