We had a good day at Gatcombe today with four horses and suffered no mishaps.

Freddie Mac didn’t quite have the same sort of day that he has been having lately but had a very useful day.  Overall he was quite excited and was a bit exuberant in his dressage although he managed to make no mistakes to score 30.5.  He had two down show jumping and I took him steadily cross country as this is likely to be his last run before Weston Park CCI**.

Before Time had a good day doing a pleasing test to score 32.3, he rolled a pole in the show jumping and then gave me a very good ride across country.  He will also head to Weston Park in a few weeks time.

It was great to have Chilli Morning out again and he was on top form.  He did a good test to score 30.9, jumped clear show jumping but he was very keen across country and much in need of the run.

Navigator was having his second run back and did a nice test to also score 30.0.  He was very fresh in the show jumping and rolled a couple of poles but felt great across country.

I am back at Gatcombe again tomorrow with two Novices.
