Blair Castle

Got off to a very good start in the dressage today here at Blair Castle.

Parklane Hawk is lying 2nd with a score of 42.2. He did another very good test but was just a little bit more on edge than he was at Hartpury.

Running Order is lying third on a score of 43.2. I was very pleased with him, his work is becoming much more consistent and overall he did a much more flowing test.

I was also very pleased with Gaucho who is lying fourth with a score of 43.6.  Particularly so as this was his first advanced competition for nearly two years.  He did some excellent work with just a couple of small mistakes.

The 3* cross country course is big and inviting, both waters are quite strong and if we get a bit more rain tonight the going should be perfect.
