We had a great day at Bovington and Cayiano wrapped his season up to a tee.

He did a lovely dressage to be in the lead on 22.3 and his double clear meant he was a winner.  It was really good to give him another run after Osberton because it really showed me how much the Osberton experience brought him on, as he gave me the best ride I have had on him.  It was a nice course, quite educational and perfect to round up his season.  He will now go back to Teresa Stopford-Sackville's for his holiday until Christmas.  We are all very happy with the season he has had, he has completed 6 events and really learnt what Eventing is all about.
I also had Duke Legacy in the Novice and he had a nice spin before he heads off to his first 3 day at Bicton.  His dressage had some very good moments and he scored 28, the show jumping was a little wobbly and he had two down.  His cross country went very well, I had plenty of time faults as I was not in a hurry.
I took Alice and Catherine Witt's youngster Boyise for his first trip and trot around, something I like to do with my 4yo's, and he was very adult and classy.
We are now off to Bicton on Wednesday. Little Fire and Oratorio are having their final Pau preparations before leaving a week tonight.
