Badminton Dressage Thursday

Little Fire was a very good boy this morning, he was certainly on his toes when he arrived, and he did very well to get it al together in time for his early draw.  His test really did go to plan and he did some superb work, and he ended up with a score of 29 which I am actually a little bit disappointed with.  However I am very happy with how he coped in that big arena and there is a lot more to be done, and if he finishes the weekend on 29 I will certainly be very happy.

Oratorio is having a non dressage day today, we focus more on the dressage tomorrow ready for his 4.20pm test.

The course is certainly looking very decent and I think that they are both more than ready for the challenge.  There are several options to consider, but at this stage I am pretty much hoping to take direct routes.

Despite it being very dry the ground is mainly pretty good, and they have been doing some watering which is excellent, but as usual watering is only done in front of the house as you come across, and there are bits that could do with a bit of attention elsewhere.
