Team Fox-Pitt head to Rio
It is really now all systems go. Chilli has done all his last pieces of work well and is hopefully as ready as he could be. He flies directly to Rio today from Stansted at 3pm, and I go from Heathrow at midday after a hopeful good journey. I won’t be doing much with Chilli until Sunday, and he has got a few days to get back into his rhythm before the trot up on Friday.
Jackie has flown already, and will be there luckily when Chilli arrives. While I am away Charlie will be holding the fort at home with quite a lot to do.
I have got no horse to take to Burghley this year but will hopefully do Blair and then Blenheim. Secret Night needs to get his Blenheim qualification at Blair. I am also hopeful that Oslo will be back on form ready to do the ERM final at Blenheim.
Top Biats is aiming at the 8/9YO final at Blenheim which will be very exciting, ahead of doing the 2* at Osberton.
