Bramham - first day

 We have done dressage for Chilli Morning and Parklane Hawk, and both were a little disappointing. Parker was a bit excited to be here, and on edge, and made a couple of mistakes, and Chilli - very unlike him, made some big mistakes which were expensive.  He did luckily do some lovely work to still be on 47. It is, I think, the worst mark I have ever had on him.

The ground jury have been fairly disappointing overall with some very good tests getting some average marks, and bad moves that have been getting a 7 and good moves getting an 8.

Sadly both horses are well down the order, but there is plenty to jump on a very bold and inviting 3* track.

The ground is currently quite firm but work is being done with a machine and watering, and also there is meant to be some rain tomorrow which everyone is hoping comes.
